Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using SVG’s Transitional Housing and Sober Living services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
  2. Eligibility Our services are available to individuals who meet our intake criteria, including those seeking transitional housing or sober living arrangements. Applicants must complete an assessment and agree to abide by our community rules.
  3. Participants Responsibilities Participants are required to adhere to the following:
  • Compliance with all house rules and regulations.
  • Participation in assigned programs or meetings.
  • Respectful behavior towards staff and fellow residents.
  • Maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free environment.
  • Timely payment of any applicable fees.
  1. Payment and Fees Participants may be required to pay fees for accommodations and services. Payment schedules and terms will be provided upon acceptance into the program. Late payments may result in penalties or termination from program.
  2. Code of Conduct SVG maintains a strict code of conduct that prohibits violence, harassment, theft, and any illegal activities. Violations will result in immediate action, including potential removal from the premises.
  3. Privacy Policy SVG respects the privacy of all residents. Personal information collected while participating in the program will be kept confidential, except as required by law or for emergency situations.
  4. Termination of Services SVG reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s stay if they violate any terms outlined in the house rules. Termination decisions are at the sole discretion of SVG management.
  5. Liability Disclaimer SVG is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Participants agree to hold SVG harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the program.
  6. Amendments to Terms SVG reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
