SVG is committed to providing a structured, safe, and affordable sober living environment for individuals in recovery. Our transitional housing is designed to support residents as they build a foundation for a healthier and more stable life, free from substance abuse.

SVG Transitional Housing LLC isn’t a group home. SVG Transitional Housing LLC is a functional family equivalent home that provides a drug and alcohol addiction recovery program in a community setting.

SVG Transitional Housing LLC does not and will enter into leases for our program. Our programs is a 90 day program with extension if approved. All participants 90 day completion is contingent upon participants behavior and the ability to follow all the house rules. SVG Transitional Housing LLC reserves the rights to terminate the participants participation in the program for violating any of the house rules.

Each home includes shared common areas, ductless AC units in each room, security cameras, and access to essential amenities like parking, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities.

The cost:
$150 Intake fee (Non-Refundable – Fee waived in some cases)
$200 and up per week per client.

House Rules & Expectations

To maintain a positive and recovery-focused environment, all residents must:
-Commit to a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle
-Adhere to community guidelines and curfews
-Show respect for fellow residents and shared spaces
-Participate in recovery programs or meetings if applicable

We just finished building a 2400 sqft 4-bedroom 4.5 bath
Sober living home in North Port. This home is fully furnished and will house 12 beds.(Taking Application Now)

This is a faith based level 2 drug and alcohol-free home with structure. We have FDA approved CLIA waived 14-18 panel drug and alcohol screening through out the week. Frequent visit by the North Port Police department. We are a zero tolerance drug and alcohol use of any kind home.
SVG Transitional Housing is currently working on obtaining our FARR Certification in hopes of joining the elite of sober living homes in the state of Florida.
