SVG is proud to be in the fight for affordable senior housing and Sober Living. Transitional housing and Sober living are one of many solutions that will help solve the affordable senior housing and Drug addiction crisis in Southwest Florida. We provide both separately at different locations around the southwest areas of Florida. Our Affordable Senior Share Housing gives seniors another option to remain independent for a fraction of what it cost to live in an ALF. Plus, it provides a community which is far from isolation which is key. We have short and long-term. If you’re in need for a short stay until you transition into a permanent place this will work out great for you. If you’re in it for the long-term we’ll be more than grateful to accommodate you also. Our Sober Living program focuses on rehabilitation, regaining self-respect, and lifetime sobriety once completion of our program.

Transitional housing is smart and very affordable.
It’s all-inclusive. Your lease includes utilities:
Electric
Water
Wi-Fi
Security Cameras
Parking
Housekeeping(Monthly Deep
Clean)
Lawncare
Washer/Dryer
All homes have large common areas that are shared with other tenants. All our homes are equipped with a Generac Generator to power the home when needed and each room has a ductless AC unit. Our locations are in walking distance of most of what you’ll need for your everyday essentials. This allows you to maintain your independence in a safe environment.
Cost to move in
We have two types of leases: Each is for 1 of 2 XL Twin Bed per room.
Long-term (6-12 months $850)
Transitional-term (1-5 months $950).
First month rent $850/$950 plus $350 Deposit. The $40 application fee. Refunded if you move in its credited to you first months’ rent.
NOTE: Each Room Has 2 Beds. There will be 2 Tenants Per Room. If you would not like to share a room the cost of the single will be $1550/$1650. You’ll have the same Transitional-term and Long-term lease option.

At SVG Sober Living, we emphasize self-improvement and resilience as key elements of recovery. We encourage each resident to develop their strengths, while learning to navigate life’s challenges in a sober and healthy manner. We offer a blend of guidance and independence, enabling residents to gain confidence and self-reliance. We promote the 12 steps program here with daily meetings and random
drug and alcohol screening throughout the week.
