It’s all-inclusive. Your lease includes utilities:

All homes have large common areas that are shared with other tenants. All our homes are equipped with a Generac Generator to power the home when needed, and each room has a ductless AC unit. Our locations are within walking distance of most of what you’ll need for your everyday essentials. This allows you to maintain your independence in a safe environment.
Cost to move in
We have two types of leases:
Long-term (6-12 months $850), Transitional-term (1-5 months $950)
First month rent $850/$950 plus $350 Deposit. There is a non-refundable $55 application fee. If you’re approved and move in, it will be applied to your first month’s rent.

We offer flexible leasing to fit various needs and life transitions:

Option 2: Focusing on Transitioning into Stability and Security.
- Long-Term Stay (6–12+ Months): Ideal for those seeking a stable, secure, and long-lasting home environment where you can truly settle in and become part of a community.
- Transitional Stay (1–5 Months): Perfect for those who are in between homes, may be on a waiting list for permanent housing, or need a comfortable, short-term place while they finalize their next steps.
- Transitional-term (1-5 months $950): Credit is not a major factor. To qualify, you must have: A guaranteed monthly income from the government, retirement, etc. Agree to pay the rent via ACH Debt. Good rental reference with no evictions in the last year. No violent crimes within the previous 20 years and no sex offender charges.
NOTE: Each Room Has 2 Beds. There will be 2 Tenants Per Room. If you would not like to share a room, the cost of the single will be $1550/$1650. You’ll have the same Transitional-term and Long-term lease option.
